  My wife and I walked into City Nissan on Saturday 4th February 2017, test drove our 2 preferred vehicles (Nissan X-trail and Honda CRV) and by the end of the day we had purchased the X-trail ST. City Nisssan was the first and obviously the only dealership we went to in making our decision. Prior to making the purchase we had only spent one day on-line researching vehicles, prices and locations around Melbourne.
  
  In one day we were able to test drive our preferred vehicles twice, have time to consider each vehicle and have all our numerous questions answered. At no time were we pressured to make a decision, purchase a vehicle or purchase a vehicle from City Nissan.
  
  Our experience at City Nissan and the customer service provided by all staff we encountered, particularly Daniel McDonald, was outstanding. Daniel was patient with us, answered all our questions and at a level we could understand. He spoke highly about his company and the vehicle which gave us confidence with our decision and purchase. We have contacted Daniel several times after our purchase with questions about the vehicle including details we needed for seeking comprehensive car insurance quotes and he was extremely helpful.
  
  We collected our new car on Saturday 18th February where it was displayed beautifully for us and Daniel gave us a non-rushed guide over the features of the car and answered more of our questions.
  
  Within 2 weeks of collecting our car, we have driven it around far western Victoria over 4 days including 36-degree heat. It has been a dream vehicle and we are now ready for our pre-booked 1.5hr complimentary 1,000km service at City Nissan.
  
  City Nissan is a one-stop shop and fantastic location for us. We highly recommend you visit City Nissan where you will receive outstand service, free off-street parking and a pleasant atmosphere. City Nissan’s location enables you to test drive a vehicle in urban streets and the nearby Eastern Highway where you can experience a 100km/hr zone.
  
  Buying a vehicle new or used can be a lengthy and overwhelming experience for many people. Thank you to Daniel and City Nissan for ensuring our experience with purchasing a vehicle was enjoyable, positive and of no regrets.
