    Unbelievably bad customer service. My first visit I was ignore for over 15 minutes, whilst staff brownosed another customer. Then I was not offered very much advice and told to google the difference between two products. It then took two and half weeks for them to order in a product, only to find out that hadn't ordered it. Twice.
    I loved to support independent shops, but this experience was appalling. Off to Ted's I go. They had one for me within 5 minutes.
